Community Mental Health Nurse — Older Adults Specialist

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Mental Health Nurse to join Bridport CMHT-OP on a 30‑hour week basis. The post covers Bridport Locality from Bridport Community Hospital.

You will travel to patients’ homes, providing recovery‑focused care and multidisciplinary liaison in the community. You must have recent mental health experience, an NMC registration, and be prepared to work within service hours with a car and driving licence.
