Responsibilities

• Advise on high-value breach of contract and other contentious matters
• Obtain, resist, and enforce injunctions as needed
• Counsel on team moves, restrictive covenants, and confidential information issues
• Draft and review complex employment contracts and LLP arrangements
• Support clients in the financial and professional services sectors
• Contribute to wider employment practice initiatives and cross-border projects

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in employment law with emphasis on High Court disputes and/or arbitration
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, ambitious, and commercial mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Experience or knowledge of financial services conduct/regulatory issues (advantageous)
