Palliative Medicine Consultant: Community & Hospital Care

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Palliative Medicine Consultant to join the multidisciplinary team across hospital and community settings in Coventry. The role includes domiciliary visits, outpatient clinics, and joint reviews with GPs, with additional hospital face-time as needed.

The post is locum and may involve some weekend/evening sessions as part of the new hospital/community transition and the Lean improvement programme underpinning UHCWi initiatives.
