Microsoft Business Applications Technical Lead

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 basic + bonus + travel covered + benefits
Work with a leading Microsoft consultancy that delivers innovative Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Cloud and AI solutions to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Design, develop and implement custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF Controls and Azure services.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and promote best practice across project teams.
- Manage DevOps and ALM processes, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions.
- Support technical pre-sales activities, solution design workshops and client engagements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for both project teams and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Hands-on development expertise with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plug-ins and PCF Controls.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and integrations.
- Knowledge of DevOps, ALM and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Developer position.
Desirable:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI experience.
- GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
- Data migration and integration project experience.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600.
