Overview

In this Site HR Manager role at Müller Milk & Ingredients’ Droitwich Depot, you drive the colleague experience and people agenda on site. You will partner with operations to shape workforce capability, wellbeing, and inclusion while using HR data to influence decisions and improve performance. You’ll lead end-to-end people processes and coach managers to apply policy and best practice in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
  • Build strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders
  • Coach and support managers on people matters, policies and best practice
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives on site
  • Use HR data to influence decision making and improve performance
  • Support workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to deliver excellent candidate and onboarding experience

Key requirements

  • Experience across core HR generalist activities with understanding of HR policies and legislation
  • Confident in delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and use data effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
