A well-established, growing packaging business supplying the retail and food industries across the UK and Ireland. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Representative to join the team. You will be responsible for:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, providing a prompt and professional response
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with new and existing customers
• Resolving any issues or complaints in a calm, solutions-focused manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and order information on internal systems

Key attributes required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organised and manage a busy workload
