Role: Secondary Supply Teacher

Location: Essex

Position: Flexible / Temporary / Cover

Pay Rate: 120 – 140 per day (DOE)

Whether you are looking for daily supply work, short-term assignments, or longer-term cover across key stages 3 and 4, this role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work while remaining fully engaged in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned, engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment in line with school policies.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and foster a supportive learning space.
• Leave detailed feedback for returning class teachers.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome).
• Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK.
