Senior Creative Designer

Overview

Senior Creative Designer to evolve the TodayTix brand. You will shape brand perception, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness across channels. You’ll lead ideation, maintain high craft, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growth environment. This role offers ownership, a hands-on creative culture, and opportunities to push creative boundaries in live-entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive concept development and lead ideation across channels
• Work independently with full ownership while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Prioritise and manage projects to balance craft, strategy and impact
• Lead and contribute in brainstorming sessions to translate discussions into creative work
• Research briefs to understand audience, challenge, and goal before execution

Key requirements

• 5-8+ years of brand or marketing design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating visually impactful and strategically driven work across formats
• Ability to articulate design decisions in relation to business goals and audience needs
• Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving with high craft across disciplines
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design a bonus)
• Team-first attitude with openness to feedback and adaptability
• Proactive and curious mindset with willingness to push creative boundaries
• Comfort with using AI tools as part of the creative process
