Clarion Housing Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Bristol, Exeter and surrounding areas. You will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and handle pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, voids and cyclical works, while engaging with customers and leaseholders.
You will plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work, carry out building surveys to identify defects and risks, and ensure work meets KPIs.
