Overview

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the mechanical package delivery on commercial CAT A & B fit-out projects in London. You will work within a main contractor environment, coordinating subcontractors, programmes, and technical installations to high standards. You will drive safety, QA/QC, and compliance while tracking progress, variations, and cost control toward successful handover and commissioning. This is a hands-on role that connects site operations with design information to deliver quality builds on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical package delivery on commercial fit-out projects
• Manage subcontractors and site operations to programme and quality standards
• Drive safety, QA/QC, and compliance
• Coordinate design information and technical documentation
• Track progress, variations, and cost control
• Ensure successful handover and commissioning
• Liaise with site teams and clients

Key requirements

• 4+ years mechanical project management experience (main contractor)
• Experience delivering CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
• Strong MEP coordination knowledge
• Subcontractor and programme management expertise
• Commercial building services experience
