Responsibilities
- Analyze technical data and client documentation to plan R&D claim methodologies
- Conduct technical interviews with clients’ experts and summarize outputs for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate in project teams to ensure correct costs are captured in R&D claims
- Prepare clear HMRC submission reports detailing R&D claim processes
- Provide technical input to marketing and sales activities based on technology experience
- Work in diverse, inclusive teams and recognize contributions
- Project manage multiple projects and coordinate with technical and finance colleagues
Key requirements
- Bachelor level degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
- Technical expertise in at least one area of technology or software development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical readers
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under conflicting demands
