Rosa’s Thai in Greater London is seeking a confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen, taking ownership of the food, team, and standards. You’ll oversee every dish, every service, and every detail with a hands-on approach.

You will manage a busy kitchen with high energy, train and develop your team, and work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant. A passion for Thai cuisine and strong leadership are essential.
