Overview
In this 2-year fixed-term role, you will lead a varied portfolio of corporate projects within the transformation team, driving commercial value and impactful outcomes. You will develop robust business cases, govern delivery, and manage budgets, risks, and benefits with senior stakeholders. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver on time, cost, and quality targets while shaping the organisation’s transformation agenda. This is an opportunity to influence pay and reward initiatives and enable strategic, data-driven improvements across the City Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a varied portfolio of corporate projects within the transformation programme
- Identify new business and income-generating opportunities
- Develop compelling business cases for initiatives
- Oversee delivery to meet time, cost, and quality requirements
- Manage project governance, budgets, risks and benefits
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams
Key requirements
- Significant experience delivering complex projects
- Strong commercial acumen
