Senior Programme Manager

Overview

In this high-visibility leadership role, you own a multi-year analytics modernization programme for a Tier-1 financial services client, migrating from legacy BI tools to the Qlik ecosystem. You’ll shape governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive data-quality and adoption in a regulated environment. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year analytics modernization programme
• Lead migration of enterprise reporting from Tableau/Cognos to Qlik
• Define governance, reporting standards, and delivery practices across multiple teams
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (consulting, engineering, architecture, stakeholders)
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery momentum in a complex enterprise
• Ensure data quality, governance, and testing are embedded in the programme
• Drive adoption of modern analytics capabilities in operational environments
• Provide executive-level communication and progress visibility

Key requirements

• 6–9 years of project or programme delivery experience
• Experience in financial services (banking/fintech) or delivering to them
• Comfort with large, complex enterprise environments and multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with modern BI/analytics platforms (Qlik, Tableau, Cognos)
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies
• Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) – advantageous
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leader engagement skills
