In this role, you will drive international space, navigation, and defence programmes from concept to delivery, collaborating with senior leadership and engineering teams. You’ll translate requirements into actionable plans, oversee reviews and governance, and ensure successful execution across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage an international programme across the full project lifecycle
  • Support definition of project structures, contractual frameworks, and strategic work plans
  • Monitor and control key programme metrics: schedules, risks, deliverables, compliance, payments, and contractual commitments
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into execution plans and support major technical reviews
  • Lead organisation and participation of project reviews, progress meetings, audits, and technical workshops with customers, partners, and subcontractors

Key requirements

  • MSc in Engineering or Sciences with background in Space or similar projects
  • Professional experience in project support, coordination, PMO activities, project administration, or project control
  • Experience in international and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Good understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, reporting, risk follow-up, deliverables tracking, stakeholder coordination)
  • Proven experience in project and/or technical management with Systems/Software Engineering methodologies and standards
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience on Space Ground Control or Navigation projects
