Community Mental Health Recovery Navigator

Together UK is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to support individuals in the Great Yarmouth area, delivering practical and emotional support across homes and community settings.

You will work one-to-one and in partnerships with other services, helping people identify goals, build independence and a sense of purpose while contributing to recovery plans and maintaining detailed records.
