Strategic HR Business Partner (6–12m Contract)

Core-Asset Consulting Ltd is recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our client, a global financial services firm in Glasgow, on a 6-12 month temporary basis. You will provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and employees across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

You will coach managers through complex employee relations, help with workforce planning, participate in year-end processes and analyse people data to identify trends and risks for leadership
