Overview

As an HR Implementation Consultant, you lead onboarding and data migrations across Deel’s HR tools. You guide clients through setup, configuration, and migration phases, ensuring a smooth rollout and data integrity. You work with cross‑functional teams and provide expert guidance to maximize tool adoption. You’ll shape implementation best practices and help clients achieve a seamless transition that supports global workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through migration to Deel’s HR tools and oversee rollout
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for implementation
• Become expert user of Deel HR tools and their integration with other products
• Lead onboarding journeys using project management practices
• Perform and validate data imports to ensure accuracy and minimize disruptions
• Safeguard sensitive employee data in line with data protection regulations
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Contribute to internal migration processes and SOP/product automation improvements

Key requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience
• Proven experience managing large HR datasets with accuracy
• Fluent in English
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings
• Deep knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Proficient in HR systems and related tools
• Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
