Residential Support Worker – Youth Care, Reading (£34k+)

Amicus Residential Care in Reading is seeking caring, reliable and positive Residential Support Workers to join our team. The role supports young people in our children’s homes, with full-time and 100-hour contract positions available. The package includes £34k per annum including paid sleep-ins and a generous bonus scheme on top.

Interviews are scheduled for Monday 5 October 2026. Experience is welcomed, but values and attitude matter as much as the skills.
