Care Home Manager — Impact, Leadership & 30% Bonus

Kilfillan House Care Home in Berkhamstead is recruiting a Home Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver person-centred care in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee all aspects of the home, manage budgets and operating profit, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
