Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver data consulting projects including data strategy, Data Operating Models, and data literacy programmes
• Advise clients on data management, data quality, and data governance best practices
• Translate complex data opportunities into clear business outcomes
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
• Lead high-performing, multi-location teams to design and implement innovative solutions
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal shaping
• Provide thought leadership and stay updated on data/analytics trends
• Define and develop Data & AI frameworks and methodologies for scalable delivery
• Mentor and develop junior consultants

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of data consulting, data strategy, or related experience
• Experience in major management consulting or equivalent matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of data governance, platforms, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and analytics
• Proven track record delivering Data & AI projects
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and independent working ability
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience with consulting-led sales
