Overview

As a .NET Developer at Quant Capital, you will help scale a fintech back-office platform from proof of concept to large-scale production. You’ll own the frontend alongside a small, entrepreneurial team and shape architecture and design choices. You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver robust solutions while advocating code quality and simplicity. Responsibilities

• Lead the entirety of the frontend delivery
• Collaborate with the development director and team to design and model platform solutions
• Ensure best practices, code quality, and maintainable architecture
• Research and evaluate new technologies to advance the product
• Contribute hands-on to full software lifecycle in a high-growth setup
• Engage with clients and build strong working relationships to inform development
• Drive innovation and help shape team culture and capabilities

Key requirements

• 3+ years of .NET development experience
• SQL knowledge and experience
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise software projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong team collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and passion for technology
• Financial services experience preferred but not essential
