Senior Consultant, Business Transformation – TMT | Corporate Finance

Overview

In this role you help clients across Europe in telecom, media and technology to shape high-impact, practical recommendations. You’ll join a close-knit Business Transformation team supporting strategic planning, execution and measurable performance improvements. You work with cross-functional colleagues to translate analysis into clear client deliverables. Your work touches diverse projects from market sizing to financial modelling, with emphasis on delivering under tight deadlines. This is an opportunity to develop in a collaborative, apprenticeship-style environment while contributing to lasting value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of client projects alongside colleagues and advisers
• Apply business, strategy, finance and analytical skills to market sizing, benchmarking, business plan assessment and financial modelling
• Conduct primary and secondary research on public/private companies, markets and regulatory developments in TMT
• Translate analysis into structured, client-ready outputs with consistency and accuracy
• Sense-check results and flag issues early
• Manage own workload against deadlines and act on feedback in an apprenticeship model
• Contribute to intellectual capital and proposals beyond client work
• Own a defined module or workstream end-to-end with guidance from leadership
• Direct and review junior staff and provide constructive feedback
• Take a leading drafting role on proposals and business development materials

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Professional experience in consulting, strategy, transactions or similar
• Knowledge or interest in the Telecom, Media and Technology sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience applying AI/GenAI tools to research, analysis or content production
• Ability to travel to clients and offices as needed
