Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will oversee premium bespoke construction projects from pre-construction through handover, acting as the main client contact and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will manage budgets, programmes, and quality to deliver on time and within scope. You’ll handle multiple projects, identify risks and opportunities, and provide practical solutions to challenges. This position offers exposure to prestigious, tailor-made builds within a collaborative, growth-oriented firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to installation and final handover
• Serve as principal point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate internal teams including Commercial, Design and Site Operations
• Monitor budgets, costs, variations and overall project profitability
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and high quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritisation
• Identify commercial opportunities and risks during delivery
• Produce and maintain project programmes using planning software
• Resolve project challenges with practical solutions

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role in construction
• Experience delivering bespoke projects with tight tolerances and high-quality finishes
• Strong commercial awareness with budget, variation and margin management
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with main contractors and understanding project delivery
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Proficient with project planning and management software
