Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver (Nights)

Location: Bristol

Salary: £14.90 p/h (plus overtime outside of normal shift)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Bristol. This role involves working across both ambient and temperature-controlled environments within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods through the warehouse, including receiving deliveries, storing materials, picking customer orders, and preparing vehicles for dispatch using warehouse equipment such as FLT trucks.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the warehouse team, you will:

Receive, unload and store incoming deliveries safely and efficiently

Pick, pack, wrap and prepare customer orders for dispatch

Load vehicles using forklift trucks and warehouse lifting equipment

Ensure stock accuracy and correct rotation (FIFO)

Use warehouse systems and scanning equipment (RDT) to manage stock

Carry out quality and expiry checks on materials

Ensure allergen materials are stored safely and separately

Maintain accurate documentation and product traceability

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

Keep work areas clean and organised using Clean As You Go (CAYGO) practices

Support new team members and contribute to continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

We are looking for enthusiast and reliable people with the the following skill set, full training will be provided:

Good level of English, literacy and numeracy

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in an FMCG or food warehouse environment

Food Safety Level 2

Health & Safety Level 2

Basic IT or warehouse system experience
