Store Manager – Charity Retail & Community Impact

Cancer Research UK Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead a busy charity shop. You will recruit, inspire and manage paid staff and volunteers, and drive sales to maximise fundraising.

As ambassador for CRUK, you’ll oversee merchandising, stock control, shop standards and health and safety, while building partnerships with the local community and supporters. This fixed term role runs 37.5 hours per week and ends 16 January 2027; it includes a generous benefits
