Warehouse Operative – Part TimeLocation: North MidlandsPay: £12.71 per hourHours: Tuesday & Wednesday, 9.30am–12.30pmOngoing workWe are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team on an ongoing part-time basis.This is a hands-on role within a secure warehouse environment, involving the movement, organisation and storage of boxes, along with general warehouse duties.
Duties will include:
- Moving and organising boxes within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading where required
- Preparing boxes for collection and delivery
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- General warehouse duties as required
- Handling customer records and documentation carefully and confidentially
Working hours:The current working pattern is Tuesday and Wednesday, 9.30am–12.30pm.There may be some flexibility for the right candidate, including the possibility of working one full 5-hour day instead of two half days, subject to agreement with the client.This is an ongoing opportunity, with the potential for the hours to change over time.The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Have a good eye for detail
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be trustworthy and responsible
- Have previous warehouse experience (desirable, but not essential)
