Electrical Technician — Building Systems & Maintenance

CBRE, as part of Global Workplace Solutions, seeks an Electrical Technician to support building services across BT sites. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on LV electrical systems, undertake fault finding, and ensure compliance with BS 7671 regulations while coordinating with the AFM and Projects teams.

You will deliver small works, manage test equipment, and participate in out-of-hours call-out rotas, contributing to safe, reliable electrical operations across multiple sites.
