Overview

In this role, you advise on property-related insurance matters within a leading Leeds-based law practice. You will support an award-winning Real Estate team, handling coverage disputes, policy wordings, and insurer negotiations for a premium client base. You drive outcomes on recoveries and claims presentations, contributing to high-stakes insurance work. Responsibilities

• Advise on coverage disputes and policy wordings
• Manage claims notifications and presentations
• Negotiate with insurers and pursue recoveries
• Provide property-related insurance advice within the Real Estate practice
• Support complex contentious insurance matters for premium clients

Key requirements

• 1–5 PQE in complex contentious insurance matters
• Experience with property-related insurance
• Excellent academics
