Overview
In this role you will lead delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects, partnering with clients to meet objectives and drive successful outcomes. You will work within our project management team to steer complex programmes, manage contracts, and supervise delivery while mentoring the next generation of PMs. The role blends leadership, governance and commercial oversight to keep projects on track. This is a chance to shape large-scale infrastructure programmes and advance Turner & Townsend’s impact in the sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the lifecycle
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts and ensure contract compliance
- Provide leadership and develop project teams in challenging environments
- Manage financials, forecasting and budgeting with strong project controls
- Coordinate with stakeholders and senior client representatives to maintain alignment
- Drive risk management, health, safety, quality and environmental practices
- Communicate effectively across multiple work streams and partner organisations
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and other team members
Key requirements
- Significant experience in infrastructure project or programme management across the project lifecycle
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract administration experience
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities
- Proven ability to manage commercial aspects, forecasting and budgeting
