Overview

In this role you will own a portfolio of key social accounts, delivering market-leading channel strategies to fuel client growth. You will be a trusted strategic partner, leading on strategy and campaign quality while mentoring junior team members. Expect to drive cross-channel initiatives, identify opportunities, and help shape Incubeta’s channel proposition. This is an autonomous, impact-driven role with a strong focus on client relationships and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Own long-term client relationships and act as a strategic partner for growth
  • Oversee setup, execution, and QA of campaigns ensuring alignment with goals
  • Communicate strategic outcomes and actions clearly in calls/meetings
  • Escalate and resolve client queries, including on smaller accounts within your team
  • Understand client business, priorities, competitors, and product to inform strategy
  • Own and implement channel strategy independently across accounts
  • Roll out new tests/ideas to improve performance and analyze outcomes
  • Manage large client projects and support growth across accounts
  • Drive development of the channel proposition, best practices, and team processes
  • Support external brand via marketing collateral
  • Stay updated on platform/industry changes and feed back into strategy
  • Ensure smaller accounts under direct reports meet performance goals and GP
  • Lead overall account strategy in the absence of a Client Director
  • Guide cross-channel strategy for large and small new business proposals
  • Share efficiencies and learnings with the wider team

Key requirements

  • Proven experience managing large, complex client accounts in a performance marketing or digital media agency
  • Track record of building trusted, strategic client relationships that drive retention and advocacy
  • Strong campaign management and QA discipline with independent channel strategy capability
  • Demonstrated success identifying and converting growth opportunities (cross-sell, upsell, new business)
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members with performance feedback and OKR support
  • Comfort leading overall account strategy when no Client Director is present
