NHS PFI Handback Project Manager

Rydon Maintenance Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead PFI expiry and handback programmes within NHS contracts. You will plan, execute and monitor lifecycle works, asset condition and remediation while coordinating the supply chain and stakeholders to deliver timely handback.

The role requires strong commercial and financial programme management skills, extensive PM experience in facilities management, and proven NHS PFI contract experience.
