Retail GTM Client Director – Digital Transformation

Thoughtworks, Inc. is expanding its Go-To-Market team in Europe with a focus on Retail in the UK&I.

You will lead the full sales cycle for a major Retail portfolio, building executive relationships and driving digital transformation across Customer Experience, Product Innovation, and Engineering Excellence. Work closely with account teams and service-line specialists to create mutual value, refine GTM plans, and grow the client base while delivering strategic partnerships and long-term success.
