Lead Health & Social Care Worker – Discharge to Assess

NHS Scotland is seeking a band 4 Lead Senior Health & Social Care Worker to join the Discharge to Assess Service Nairn & Ardersier on a permanent basis. The role requires flexibility to meet service needs with rotation of shifts to ensure seven-day coverage.

You will support the caseload holder to deliver patient-centred care and work in close partnership with colleagues to ensure an integrated, compassionate service.
