Project Planner

Overview

In this Planner role, you will drive end-to-end project planning for high-value construction schemes, shaping master schedules and baselines. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure schedule integrity and timely delivery, applying best-practice planning and risk analysis. The position combines hands-on scheduling with stakeholder engagement and regular reporting to support our ambitious project pipeline. Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning sessions with clients and vendors to establish master schedule baselines and critical path
• Develop and maintain construction programs for multi-project environments using Primavera P6 and Tableau
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute schedules; travel to construction sites as needed
• Ensure schedule data from vendors and contractors feeds into planning systems and supports reporting
• Implement scheduling strategy, procedures, and responsibilities for company and contractors
• Monitor schedule performance and coordinate inputs to produce project/program status reports
• Prepare progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) for client reporting
• Perform probabilistic, critical path, and schedule risk analyses; highlight variances and corrective actions
• Provide interface and QA for project groups and contractors regarding schedule tracking and reporting
• Identify bottlenecks and delays, propose corrective actions, and assess overall schedule impact

Key requirements

• Experience delivering complex construction schedules
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
