Customer Service Advisor – Finance Tech Support

FNZ Bolton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our Bolton contact centre. You will help customers with information about their financial products and guide them to self-sufficiency on our online platform.

You will deliver a positive customer experience on every call, work in a supportive, collaborative team and benefit from ongoing training and induction to enable progression within the team and wider business.
