Elite Reservations Specialist — Front of House

The Roof Gardens in Kensington is seeking a Reservationist to join our Front of House team. You will handle phone and email restaurant bookings and enquiries with a helpful, courteous approach, acting as an ambassador for the brand and delivering a positive member experience.

You will manage reservations, advise on the best space, maintain up-to-date menus and opening hours, and support revenue targets while collaborating with F&B management.
