Service Advisor – Outstanding Customer Care & Progression

Arnold Clark in Aberdeen is seeking a Service Advisor to support customers at our Mazda/Fiat/Abarth branch. You will ensure a fantastic service experience, coordinating with the workshop to progress repairs and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Ideal candidates will have a customer-facing background, strong IT and admin skills, and a proactive approach to upselling appropriate aftersales. A full UK driving licence is required and a busy, friendly environment awaits.
