Overview

As Campaign Lead for Cyber and Secure Communications, you drive growth by uniting domain insights with cross-functional execution. You shape the strategic direction, align capabilities with customer missions, and steer multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You build credibility for the domain with internal and external audiences while shaping product, delivery, and investment decisions. This role offers the chance to influence substantial growth and establish Roke as a domain authority in secure communications.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end domain campaign: strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year campaign strategy aligned to growth objectives
  • Identify and prioritise target customers, segments, and opportunities
  • Act as the escalation point for domain-related decisions and conflicts
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on direction and investment priorities
  • Serve as the recognised organisational authority for the domain
  • Maintain deep, evidence-based understanding of customer missions and emerging needs
  • Synthesize insights from account teams, product, engineering, and external sources into a coherent strategic view
  • Represent the domain credibly to internal and external audiences
  • Lead a virtual cross-functional team across account teams, marketing, product management, CTO, services, and specialists
  • Define roles, align priorities, and ensure coordinated execution across functions
  • Drive collaboration across boundaries and remove barriers
  • Integrate contributions into a clear, executable campaign plan
  • Understand and frame Roke’s Cyber and Secure Communications products, services, and capabilities
  • Translate domain insight into implications for product roadmaps and investment
  • Identify capability gaps and influence investment priorities
  • Ensure domain narrative and positioning are clear and grounded in customer reality
  • Collaborate with Marketing on GTM strategy and activation
  • Shape customer demand and influence future requirements
  • Enable account teams to progress opportunities aligned to campaign priorities
  • Support strategic pursuits where domain leadership adds value
  • Align cross-functional teams around a shared campaign strategy
  • Aim for internal recognition as the domain authority
  • Ensure domain insight informs product, capability, and investment decisions
  • Grow pipeline and strategic opportunities through the campaign
  • Position the organization coherently within the domain

Key requirements
