£30,000 Basic Salary + Generous Commission Package

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join their successful team in Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional with previous new homes sales experience to work with a respected housebuilder, offering a competitive basic salary and an excellent commission structure.

The Role:

• Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.




• Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.




• Conducting property viewings and demonstrating the features and benefits of new homes.




• Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers and internal stakeholders.




• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in New Homes Sales (essential).




• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.




• Excellent communication and customer service skills.




• A proactive and professional approach to sales.




• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required within the role.

Package:

• £30,000 basic salary.
