Dispute Resolution Solicitor (Legal Director)
Salary £90,000–£120,000 DOE.
Role
As Legal Director you will advise an impressive client base on a broad range of high‑value and complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. You will work alongside a highly regarded team of specialists and play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.

- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Breaches of directors’ duties
- Fraud
- Intellectual property and technology disputes
- Property litigation
- Construction‑related disputes
- Domestic and international arbitration
Responsibilities
Represent clients through all stages of litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution; lead client meetings and negotiations; instruct counsel and expert witnesses; supervise and mentor junior lawyers; and contribute to business development.
Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 8 years’ PQE or above
- Substantial experience in commercial dispute resolution
- Excellent understanding of civil procedure rules
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently
- Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and developing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proactive approach to business development
