Process Engineer — Continuous Improvement & Cost Savings

ADM is seeking a Process Engineer to join our specialty oilseeds refinery team, reviewing production to improve plant effectiveness and reduce costs. You will challenge the norm in manufacturing and promote a continuous improvement culture.

Educated to degree level with 1-3 years’ post graduate experience in process plant operations, you will analyse processes, drive safety, and support capital projects while working with cross-functional teams.
