Responsibilities

• Direct safe, inclusive and compliant delivery, promoting safety and wellbeing across project environments
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery aligned with strategy and client expectations
• Uphold ethical, financially responsible operations and shape long‑term business strategy
• Develop high‑performing teams and foster collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Oversee project delivery, manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations with Safety First
• Manage client and consultant teams, drive governance and high‑quality delivery
• Improve performance through best practices, innovation and alignment with C2P, digital and sustainability goals
• Support wider business activities and cultivate high‑performing teams

Key requirements

• Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent
• Extensive project and programme delivery experience in the relevant sector
• Strong commercial, financial and senior‑stakeholder management capability
• Deep project management expertise with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts
