Exchange People in Runcorn is growing and we’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will build strong relationships with candidates and clients to provide the excellent level of service we’ve delivered for nearly 30 years.

This role requires experience in recruitment, confident communication across levels, and strong organisational skills. A driving licence is required to visit client sites, and this isn’t a traditional 360 role.
