Regional Healthcare Education Programme Director

NHS England in the Thames Valley Local Office is seeking a Training Programme Director to lead the delivery of education and training for the future NHS workforce across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Reporting to the Head of School, the TPD will focus on learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty and ensuring high educational outcomes, while supporting workforce transformation and multi‑professional links within the local health and social care context.
