Assistant Store Manager — Fashion Retail & Team Leader

Bonmarché Southend is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team of 1,900 colleagues. You will support the Store Manager, lead and motivate staff, and help drive sales while delivering a warm, value-focused shopping experience for our customers.
