We’re hiring Senior and Lead Data Scientists to join a growing AI practice delivering production-ready solutions for clients across a range of sectors.

This is a chance to join a small, ambitious team where you’ll have genuine ownership, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the capability as it grows.

What you’ll be doing

• Building AI and ML solutions from concept through to production
• Working with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP and Predictive Modelling
• Solving complex problems using structured and unstructured data
• Collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders
• Influencing technical direction and solution design

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, RAG and/or Agentic AI
• Experience taking products from PoC to production
• Client-facing consulting or stakeholder management experience
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• A self-starter mentality with broad technical capability

For Lead-level hires, experience leading teams, mentoring consultants and managing multiple projects is highly desirable.
