Job Description:

Do you like creating a recruitment experience that hiring managers actually enjoy, not just tolerate? Lomond is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing in-house recruitment team, working from our Liverpool Street offices three days a week & two from home. The role pays £40,000 & reports directly to our Group Head of Talent Acquisition.

Lomond is one of the UK’s largest property groups, built through a strategic acquisitions strategy that’s brought together 15 leading lettings & estate agency brands across the country, and we’re still growing.

You’ll join a five-strong in-house recruitment team that’s investing heavily in the technology & process behind how we hire, with a clear ambition to build a best-in-class experience for every hiring manager & candidate we work with, whichever part of the group they sit in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV sifting & pre-screening through to arranging interviews, so hiring managers get a smooth, well-run process every time
  • Write & post job adverts across multiple platforms that attract the right calibre of candidate
  • Proactively source & headhunt talent for hard-to-fill or critical roles
  • Act as first point of contact for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping it accurate & supporting the wider business to use it well
  • Partner with regional stakeholders & senior leadership to understand hiring needs & bring recruitment insight to the table
  • Build & maintain strong candidate pipelines that support future hiring plans across the group

What You’ll Need

  • 3 years+ recruitment experience, whether in-house, agency, or both
  • A background in property is desirable, though not essential
  • A solid understanding of how recruitment impacts wider business performance
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence using ATS platforms & supporting hiring managers through the process
  • Self-motivated, organised & comfortable managing multiple roles across different regions

Here’s What You Can Look Forward To

  • 25 days holiday, plus a paid Christmas closedown
  • A pension scheme to help you build towards retirement
  • Car salary sacrifice scheme
  • Enhanced family friendly leave covering maternity, paternity, adoption & IVF
  • Free, confidential counselling through our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Spread the cost of the latest gadgets & appliances through our Smart Tech Scheme
  • Cut your commute’s carbon footprint with our Cycle2Work Scheme
  • Competitive base pay, benchmarked to market
  • Recognition for length of service, marked with special days & celebrations
  • Funded professional qualifications to back your development & career growth
  • Regular company socials, because we work hard & like to socialise too
  • Discounts at over 900 retailers through our smart spending app, plus a wellbeing centre covering fitness, nutrition, financial confidence & mental health

Applications close on 31st October, though we may close the advert sooner if we receive a high volume of interest.

If you require any adjustments to our recruitment or interview process, please contact Lisa Nostro at recruitment@lomond.co.uk.

At Lomond, we value diversity & inclusion, and welcome applicants of all nationalities, backgrounds, abilities & perspectives.
