Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to deliver programmes aligned with client objectives and service excellence
• Uphold integrity through fiscal accountability, ethical practice and regulatory compliance
• Manage, develop and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive performance, innovation and people excellence
• Direct and deliver sub-programmes aligned to strategic objectives with effective delivery frameworks
• Drive performance improvement against bid baselines through optimisation, monitoring and risk management
• Maintain strong client relationships ensuring service excellence, governance and commercial viability
• Lead inclusive, high-performing teams to deliver programme outcomes and sustainability

Key requirements

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development
• Extensive delivery-phase experience in the education sector
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams
• Experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape projects
