- Pre-Action Protocol matters
- Strategic advisory work throughout the project lifecycle
- Mediation, expert determination and industry procedures
Key requirements
- 3+ PQE in contentious construction
- Strong experience handling complex, high-value disputes
- Confident across a range of dispute resolution methods
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with autonomy
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is advantageous
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland
